How information is handled on Solution Note.
This policy explains what may be processed when you visit Solution Note, including hosting, security, Google Analytics 4, and data used if Google advertising is enabled.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
No personal information collected directly
Solution Note does not offer membership, user accounts, comments, purchases, or an on-site form. We do not ask readers for names, bank details, account passwords, one-time codes, full identity documents, or medical records. If you choose to contact us by email, the address, message, and information you include are used only to answer and keep an appropriate record of the request.
Technical logs and access analysis
Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and protects the site and may process an IP address, request time, URL, browser and device information, approximate network location, security signals, and diagnostic logs. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated page views, traffic sources, approximate region, device category, scrolling, and outbound clicks. We do not send names, email addresses, account credentials, or form data to Analytics. For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default and Google’s consent message updates it only after the visitor’s choice.
Cookies and how to refuse them
The site does not require an account cookie. Hosting and security services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies. Where consent permits, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies to distinguish visits and measure use. If advertising is enabled, advertising providers may place or read cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers. You can refuse through Google’s consent message where shown, use the Analytics opt-out add-on, or delete and block cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect consent preferences or some functions.
Google AdSense, third-party cookies, and personalized ads
Solution Note may display Google AdSense ads. Google is a third-party advertising provider and may use advertising cookies commonly described as the DoubleClick DART cookie, including cookies associated with DoubleClick services, to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other sites. Google and authorized advertising partners may also use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, measurement, and, where permitted and consented to, personalized advertising.

Advertising choices and opt-out
You can review or turn off personalized Google advertising in Google Ads Settings or My Ad Center. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info. Turning off personalization does not necessarily remove all ads; non-personalized or contextual ads may still appear.
Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
Where consent is required, an advertising consent message must provide choices before non-essential advertising storage or personalized ads are used. Google requires a certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework when publishers serve personalized ads in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. This written policy does not replace a required consent choice.
External links and retention
Guides link to government agencies, service providers, manufacturers, and other first-party sources. Their privacy practices apply after you leave Solution Note. Solution Note does not maintain a reader-account database; hosting, security, email, and advertising providers retain data according to their own settings, legal duties, and policies.
Children and security
Solution Note is a general-audience information site and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Reasonable measures are used to protect the site, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Contact and policy changes
This policy will be updated if analytics, advertising, forms, processors, or other material data practices change. The revision date appears above. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to [email protected]. Include the relevant site edition and enough detail to identify the issue, but never include passwords or other sensitive credentials.
Controller, purposes, and legal bases
For questions about this website, the responsible editorial and data-controller contact is the Solution Note Editorial Desk at [email protected]. Necessary request and security data are processed to deliver and protect the site on the basis of legitimate operational interests. Email data is processed to answer the request. Non-essential advertising storage and personalized ads are used only where a valid consent or another applicable legal basis is available.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about applicable processing, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Send a request from an address where we can reply, describe the right and relevant site interaction, and do not include passwords, identity-document images, or financial credentials.
Retention, recipients, and international transfers
Ordinary email correspondence is retained only while reasonably needed to answer, document a correction or privacy request, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or minimized. Cloudflare, email, and—if enabled after consent—Google advertising services may process data as independent providers or processors in other countries under their published safeguards. Solution Note does not sell a private reader database.
